Is this A Way You Treat Your WALKIN Customers ??
On 05.01.2022 Me and my Friends went to this Wow China Kodambakkam outlet. We ordered Large chicken fried rice and regular Hakka Noodels. And then it happens,
Giving a Paper plate for having food which is supposed to be given for having samosa or MoMos in that. Not exceeding 3"x7.5" maximum size. Highly Disappointed.
Can You people eat your Large Fried rice & Hakka Noodels in those tiny paper plate ??? Their employees are simply telling sir this is company policy how we can help you on this.
If You cannot provide Proper environment for the customers you can simply ask all the customers for order food on take away basis.
Major Consern From my point of view on Kodambakkam outlet :
Wash basin is placed nearly behind the building which we supposed to pass through all the bike parking inbetween. No regular water provided for us. Instead asked us to buy water bottle. Please Note : When you strictly following the CoVID protocol for the tiny paper plate given. You must follow the same govt rule for providing the normal water in...

The restaurant ambiance is virtually nothing but it is clean and well lit. They have a small, busy and modern kitchen literally catering to online orders. They just have 4 tables with semi self service. We ordered a large egg fried rice and chilly chicken gravy (large). The fried rice was outstanding and the chilly chicken gravy was above average. There was enough food for 3 hungry mouths and the bill was just 500 plus. I would recommend the fried rice to all. It is a must try. Since most of the cooks and chefs in this outlet are from the North East the food tasted really good. It was worth a visit for me...

I ordered the Chicken Chinese Thali—Veg Hakka Noodles, Chilli Chicken, Kimchi Salad, Honey Chilli Potato, and a Chicken Cheesy Roll—and every bite was a spicy, savory party. The noodles were perfectly wok-tossed, and the chilli chicken had just the right kick. The staff were like culinary cheerleaders, super quick and all smiles, and the modern decor made the vibe feel like a trendy foodie hangout. At ₹500 for two, it’s a steal for this quality. Kodambakkam, you’ve...
