I’ve had repeated bad experiences and today was the worst of all. Confusing Dine-in Directions Every time I visit, there's confusion about the dine-in location. Today, the receptionist told me to go to the 1st floor. When I reached there, I was redirected to the 2nd floor. Ironically, during my previous visit, I was told to go to the 2nd floor and then sent back to the 1st floor. Why is the staff not aware of where the dine-in is located? This repeated miscommunication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Unhygienic and Inconsiderate Seating Arrangement When I reached the 2nd floor, a staff member insisted I sit at a single table which was not even cleaned properly. Due to the unhygienic condition, I moved to the last cabin. There was no effort to make the customer feel welcomed or comfortable.

Terrible Food Quality The grill chicken I was served was overcooked and almost burnt – it was black in color and extremely hard. I’ve never had such a bad experience with grill chicken at SS Hyderabad Biryani before.

Poor Substitute for Mayonnaise The restaurant has apparently replaced non-veg mayonnaise due to a government ban, but the cream they now serve as a substitute tastes absolutely terrible. It was inedible and ruined the meal further.

Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience – from mismanagement at the entrance to terrible food and poor hygiene. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a reputed restaurant. I will never come back to this restaurant again due to the unprofessional treatment of customers, tossing them around from floor to floor like a ball. I hope the management seriously looks into...

I seen't this kind of service in old building running time. There was changed building at were same time casher and service attitude aslo changed.. I am in local area person in my childhood days I haved buying SS biriyani and other dishes. But now there full different. ok leave it.. After long time today going the buy chicken fried rice and briyani takeaway.. after long time visit so I don't know what cost of chicken fired rice so I asked casher what cost of chicken rich he wasn't replying to me properly answers me so search to menu card to check order fried rice price range then order my food. briyani service parcel get quickly. but chicken fried rice making process and parcel took a long time very much irritation produced. I come to home to open and eat chicken rice it was over salt spreading into the rice.
