Mamalola Penthouse Rooftop Bar, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. Nestled atop a high-rise building, this bar offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline, creating a truly magical atmosphere.
Upon arriving at the Mamalola Penthouse, I was immediately struck by the trendy and sophisticated decor. The bar exudes a chic and modern vibe, with sleek furniture, stylish lighting, and vibrant artwork adorning the walls. The ambiance is both luxurious and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a special occasion or a memorable night out.
The highlight of Mamalola Penthouse is undoubtedly its outdoor terrace. As I stepped onto the terrace, I was greeted by a stunning view that stretched as far as the eye could see. The terrace is beautifully designed, with comfortable seating areas and cozy fire pits, creating an intimate and relaxed setting. It's an ideal place to unwind with friends or loved ones while enjoying the breathtaking vistas.
Mamalola Penthouse offers a delightful food menu. I must mention that the grilled chicken and dosa with Chettinad chicken are absolutely amazing. The grilled chicken is cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, with a smoky flavor that is incredibly satisfying. The dosa, a traditional South Indian crepe ( dosa), is skillfully prepared and served with a flavorful Chettinad chicken curry that is rich, aromatic, and packed with spices. These dishes are a true culinary delight and add a unique touch to the menu Whether you're a fan of Indian cuisine or simply looking to explore new flavors, I highly recommend trying these dishes during your visit.
Overall, my visit to Mamalola Penthouse Rooftop Bar was a memorable one. The stunning views, stylish ambiance, excellent service, and delectable food and drinks make it a standout destination. Whether you're looking for a romantic evening, a night out with friends, or simply a place to unwind and enjoy the cityscape, Mamalola Penthouse is a rooftop bar that is...
Read moreWent to Mamalola for the 1st time for dinner with family. Here are the specifics of our experience -
Seating - They have both Outdoor and Indoor seating options. We opted for indoor seating on a sofa table for 6 due to the more comfortable Air Conditioning inside. That's when the whole experience started going south. The table and sofas are very badly structured to have an extremely low seating position which makes it extremely uncomfortable for adults to eat. The tables, while large in size are impossible to reach for the servers and you need to put your plates out for them to serve, risking spillage on others. Not at all recommended unless you have a specific reason.
Service - They seemed to be short staffed for the indoor seating area as there was only 1 server to take care of everything and the lady at the reception was trying to multi-task as the bar maid + server + coordinator + floor guide. It was only after multiple requests that 1 more person was assigned to take care of stuff in that area.
Food - CRAP. The chicken soup was absolutely bland with no hint of chicken and appeared to be a simple green colored liquid. The Teriyaki Mushrooms were nothing more than a mix of squishy mushrooms which could not be picked by a fork. Not to talk about the lack of taste. One of the mocktails named Duet was a simple concentration of Orange juice with an unbearable taste resembling a cough syrup. The Chicken Burger with Caramelized Onions was a disaster with absolutely no caramelized onions and a half-cooked chicken patty which was coming apart so easily that it made the whole thing impossible to be held with both hands.
Overall, a big disappointment with a fat bill + 10% service charge at the end.
Parking - They seem to have Valet parking + self parking also at the B3 level. It is a multi-level parking lot so just be careful while driving your 4-wheelers...

Nestled on the 13th floor, Mamalola Penthouse offers an exquisite dining experience that truly stands out. The restaurant features a unique fusion menu, showcasing a delightful range of dishes including sushi, tandoor platters, and pide, making it a gastronomy destination worth exploring.
Upon arrival, you are greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance, with various seating zones designed to cater to different dining preferences, whether you're with family or friends. On the evening of my visit, the atmosphere was enhanced by a live band. While their performance initially set a pleasant tone, it ultimately didn't quite resonate with the overall dining experience.
Our service was handled expertly by Sankar, who was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The drinks we ordered were a refreshing complement to our meal, setting a positive tone for the evening. For the main course, I chose the Dan Dan Noodles, which are reminiscent of Singapore Noodles. While I might have misstated the name, the dish itself was flavorful and certainly worth trying. We also sampled the Chicken Kashmiri Kebab; however, it fell short of expectations and could have benefitted from a more distinct flavor profile.
The menu at Mamalola Penthouse offers a commendable variety, making it easy to find something that appeals to every palate. Overall, it’s a fantastic venue for a casual hangout with friends or a family gathering, featuring delightful food, enjoyable ambiance, and a great selection of drinks. Additionally, dining via Swiggy Dineout provides excellent offers, making your visit even more worthwhile.
In conclusion, Mamalola Penthouse is a noteworthy addition to the dining scene, combining great food with a breathtaking view and a professional staff. I would certainly recommend...
