Instead of arguing with a customer why don't you take my feedback constructively? You aim to call out anyone who is critical of you in person and on the web. You wish to prove yourself right and the customer as wrong. And not focus on what the customer is genuinely trying to say. You are running a service and ultimately want to provide a good experience to people. You want to prove yourself right by painting as though I don't understand the concept of self service and this review is despite that. Maybe dont be so rigid and obnoxious next time with others. Despite the food being good it was a sad experience because of your rigid nature and horrible attitude. Also editing this to reply to your response. We requested for something. Like you said. We normally asked for half and half because we wanted to try two flavours. And when you said it's not possible we were fine with you not doing half and half and no one was shouting at you. We also requested for a slightly crispier pizza because that's our preference and came to ask you and request you if it's possible. As a customer we can request right? That's what we normally do in any other restaurant. You are lying now plain and simple and calling me stubborn and and getting personal because I criticised you on the platform. Just like you get personal with everyone else who calls you out on Zomato and here when people criticise you. I know what I was fully getting into because I have read some of the reviews and you deserve to be called out for your horrible attitude. Being rigid about what you can make and what you do not make is one thing but calling a customer names and blatantly lying here to suit your agenda just because he says things that you don't like is vulgar and cheap.
PS no body shouted at you in the restaurant when other people were there because the place was empty! :) Also you yourself admit that we place requests, then if we are requesting for something maybe learn to understand that it's just that. A request. It's in your prerogative to do it or not but maybe if you had replied politely and not arrogantly none of this would have happened. If it can't be entertained it's fine rudely responding in person and here is not! Serving your ego seems to be more important for you than serving your...

Food is decent, but definitely not worth it when the service is this bad. They've gone all-in on some Al-driven setup, which sounds cool until you realize it's clunky, awkward, and kills the vibe.
Example: we were the only people there. I said "excuse me" like I used to
before, and instead of just answering, the guy told me to go through two rooms and call him on the phone... only for him to pick up and talk. Then when we ask about tokens for their game machines, (on the phone ofc) he just says "instructions are on the machine." Bro literally hands us the token after making us jump through hoops. Why not just... be normal? why the extra steps? when people go out, they don't want instructions, they want ease. niloufer does something like this too but they have the customer in mind, on their highest floor, they have buttons in every room to call the staff, that's nice. that's thoughtful. you making someone go to a room, which btw can be booked for private gatherings? not cool. I don't want to go to a room where I might be disturbing other people? awkward.
Cool so he gives us the token, We try playing, can't figure out how it even starts really, and decide not to bother him because it's obvious he doesn't want to talk to customers. Later, when we politely mention to the attendant we were assigned that it'd be nicer if someone explained things, and he actually says: "That's your experience, ma'am." Like what? Yes, it's my experience in your place. what do you even say after that?
We left right after. The food can't make up for service that's this dismissive and condescending. Dining out is supposed to be an experience, not a puzzle. Just be nice, it's really not that hard.
Anyway, I think it would really benefit the guy if he made it a cloud kitchen yk? the food is fine, the place would be great if it had good service but it's not even subpar, and the chef might have learned a thing or two about pizza but he has no clue about how much service matters. I think this would help cut costs and make his food more affordable too.
Not going back here, never suggesting it to anyone either. Like seriously bro. it's not even like it's the best pizza ever or...

With nostalgia wrapped in fresh dough... I can smell Poptates and wondering when Archie and the gang would walk in....
Old screens revive the 80s and the 90s vibe when video games was our only travel into different dimensions.
The vibe is cosy and relaxed, with vibrant colours and the aroma makes you even more hungry. Their homemade lemon spritz is just what you need to quench your hunger before the pizza arrives promptly.
The food is Amazing and simple with fresh and exotic ingredients. The Calzone can be put on repeat for atleast 2 times a week as a mid-daysnack at office so I can make up on work and be free over the weekend.. But alas he is one and only... Roy and opens only at 4. The chef has the food so on point that he himself makes and bakes the orders which is the secret behind the recipe and the taste.
He is a rather rare sight and hardly makes guest appearances in his own restaurant.
Not the sweetest just like Roy's tiramisu I will have to say the chef has been consistent with his food even after changing locations... A decade old already he has no airs rather he is still as passionate and as drenched in his art as he was when I first met him behind a swanky open pizzeria that he manned at The Leela Palace Bangalore... I was a fan of his handmade thin crust curated pizzas but in his 15 years the chef has perfected himself and man's the quaint but powerful pizzeria with a humble team of 4 has etched a place in Hyderabad food diaries for all travellers and locals to...
