Tbh we found this place on a quite street beside 2 filled up places, there were just 3 people on the porch. We experienced such a quite and cozy place for first time. It had such a beautiful and lovely vibe out there . It was calm and soothing. The food was 4/5. Ambience 5/5 amazing 👏 😍. Service was lil delayed but I understand just 2 people to run the entire business not easy, as a chef I understand myself. I'm going to come to this place more often and for sure it's in my cafe list now. I'm a professional chef, I'm trying to help you out yes. Lil criticism yes. I hope you take this well. Pink sauce need 15gms Garlic finely chooped and 5gms red chilli. Add Roasted or sautéed veg to the pasta. Please don't add Oregano and chilli flakes into all the pasta. They have their own authentic taste. Please don't add milk to it, add cream and see the difference. 60gms Tomato sauce and 120ml of creams can do wonders for you. Rub a lil clive of garlic on the bread given on the side of the pasta. Pizza can improve alot. See follow simple recipes of websites, Chef Ranveer Brar, chef steps. Baba you need more toppings like onion rings for acidity, Green chilli for spice or bell peppers for sweetness. My friend I really liked your place. Amazing to find such a lovely place. I'm going to come there again for sure and recommend the place to my friends Overall - 8/10 Food -...
Read moreMy recent visit to your cafe was unfortunately marred by both the food quality and the owner's dismissive response to clear concerns.
The mac 'n' cheese was simply not prepared correctly. The pasta was noticeably undercooked—it was hard and nowhere near the texture it should be. When I brought this to your attention, you (the owner) insisted that "this is meant to be like this." It's incredibly frustrating when a preparation error is denied and defended as an intentional recipe choice. I can literally feel the undercooked pasta; a basic mistake should be acknowledged, not argued away.
This pattern of denial was repeated when another lady commented that her coffee didn't taste like the usual, to which you also replied, "no, it is meant to be like this." As the owner, your refusal to accept any feedback about basic quality issues, whether it's undercooked food or a change in a regular beverage, is a major problem. It signals a complete lack of accountability for what is being served. On a quick side note, the tiramisu cold coffee was okay.
Ultimately, your lack of exceptions about clear faults severely detracted from the experience. A successful owner should be the first to acknowledge and fix a quality issue, not the one making...
Read moreCafé Hawaii Kona has been one of the most delightful places for me to work at, as you get food, coffee and lots of peace under one roof. What more do you need? The coffee I adore the most at Café Hawaii Kona is Americano (hot and cold), which is a value for money and gives a great kick start for my work. I tried their delicious Dal Makhani and Parathas, super succulent Pesto chicken penne pasta along with their Pink Sauce penne pasta and their Paneer thecha Bomb, the taste of which still remains on my tongue. Their menu also includes healthy brunch breakfast dishes like Egg Kejriwal, vegetable omlet and sausages, hash browns, quinoa dishes, pohe and many more. Their veg pizzas and sandwiches are something to die for. A friend of mine recommended me to try Misal at the café, which happens to be next on my list. To sum it up, it's a great place to have coffees, brunch, breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and whatever you plan for😉. Service: Despite of limited staff at the Café, the service for food is quick. Special mention to Priyanka, Yogita for making the cafe a place all the wfh employees can rely on. Feels like a second...
