So I went to Irani canteen with my friend , ambience wise it was good. I asked my friend when it was opened he said seven months ago but definitely I can see some cracks on pillars and beams above me and definitely those were not a part of that theme. Also usually as I am from hospitality best selling dishes are from upselling so they will not get spoiled and usually these dishes are mentioned in cafe's and come little fast so I ordered kejriwal as it was in today's special and definitely expecting something different in my plate as I have tried kejriwal many a times the bread is usually not that hard. And bread should be little warm as I ordered kejriwal at it took more than 25 minutes even though it was mentioned on the menu that food will take 25 minutes surprisingly people who ordered after me received order on time as in before me and those order was from same.egg section also the kitchen people kept kejriwal in salamander with the same plate in which they served me because the plate was warm too and it was bent. Definitely looking for better experience next time service wise they were perfect that server came and informed us about delay ius extra it was served normal I n food but the quality served was not upto the mark also cheese was minimal in the portion served as kejriwal story was all about the cheese. I hope one day kejriwal will be served here the way Mr deviprasad kejriwal had at willingdon sports club. There are some other points as they need more staff for co-ordination people were getting confused about table numbers and order's they need someone who can holfeel person who heard about our coffee order was dd the pass to dispatch food orders on time and on right table also coffee as specifically mentioned by my. Friend to make strong and we said we are ready to pay extra charge but still coffee was served light overall very average experience and definitely looking for better option in thane for Irani food hope so owners and management Will take this review as positive feedback and work on there services delivered and we will see...
