Chai Sutta Bar — Restaurant in Thane

Went there for a coffee, must say my worst experience of being in a cafe .. well I won’t call it a cafe because it is not! Pathetic experience in terms of hygiene, it was so dirty around there that I couldn’t stand the stink .. as if nobody cleans that place, however, the guy who served us our coffee insisted on finishing it fast because he wanted to clean the space, on asking, do you guys also clean? He smiled and then I showed him a cobweb 🕸️ above my head on one the lights on the ceiling to which he said, “time milega toh saaf karunga na time hi nahi milta”.. poor guy.. the management should look after the cleaning and hygiene of this space, I for sure wouldn’t visit again & wouldn’t recommend for dine in.. u can have ur coffees outside that’s still better!

The coffee that we ordered was fine, I had one vodka flavoured hot coffee and one special coffee with lots of chocolate.. honestly my entire coffee experience was hindered by the ambience and I couldn’t enjoy the taste of it

I request the management to look into the cleanliness part and rectify it so that we can visit often and...

It is in the heart of Thane, bang opposite to Talav Pali. Good place to chill. You have various snacking options from fries to italian. Multiple drinks ranging from milkshakes, coffees to ice crushes. They also have bun maska, the all time tea partner. They have an order and pay first policy post which you are served at your table. No orders were taken at the table. The best part, this place is one of the most pocket friendly places that i have visited in the recent past. No doubt it is flocked by college goers throughout the day....
