I had ordered dominoes pizza from swiggy at 7.59 pm. I got a msg saying that seat back and it will be delivered in 30 mins. Then got a call from some Manish More from swastik plaza dominoes shop that your order has been placed but since castle mill shop in nearer I will transfer this order to the castle mill shop. I said ok. Thinking that the delivery will arrive may be till 8.40. I called the call centre at 8.45 to ask if he has left the shop , he gave answer in affrimative and I was relieved. The delivery should be here by 9. I again called at 9.05 to check , I again got an answer from call centre that he has left. I waited more. It was 9.30 and still there is no sign of the delivery. I called the call centre again, now they were saying they can't connect to the shop. I got a mail saying that the order is delivered , whereas the order was not at all there at my doorstep.Then I got a call in 10-15 mins from the shop to ask what is the address , I mean seriously! After all the fighting , talking, confusions. They delivered the pizza at 11 pm. Never going to order from...

Expect delays upto 1.5 hours and a not-so-fresh/stale/tasteless pizzas as a reward for your patience and hungry taste buds! And also, you are in for a complimentary endlessly ringing phone call, in case you are curious to know or wish to get updated about your order while waiting!

I'm generally a big fan of Domino's but this particular outlet has time and again outdone itself in it's pathetic service!

Not once or twice but regularly had to face issue with them! Order will be ready to dispatch but will be delivered after an hour! Even their own delivery executive helplessly mentions "Delivery ke liye koi hai hi nai idhar!"

I understand delays sometimes but so regularly? I am ready to assume it's unfortunate to happen so many times but can't they atleast send it hot? Can't they atleast pick phone calls...
