A bad experience. Walked in at 08:17pm and the staff were busy all ganged up in the prep area and did not bother to attend or have us seated. A lady at the counter was pleading to accept her order. Also followed by an angry gentleman querying what the staff is not accepting orders. Where it was mentioned by the staff that they are overwhelmed with the delivery orders and hence have to close the dine in. A staff could have mentioned it to the walk-in guest or even had a sign posted advising the same. Asked for the manager but was told that the manager was busy cooking and could not attend. The staff is certainly not having any customer focus or any manners as we literally had to go and ask what was the reason of not accepting walk-in’s. The sight upon walking in the restaurant was also not very pleasant as the tables were not cleared and the area was messy with rubbish on the floor and the entrance also was cluttered. Something to be considered during such challenging times of Covid, where public health and hygiene should be the utmost priority. Staff just did not bother and were just not paying attention. Wondering if the area outside was in such a state, how can one be sure of the kitchen and preparation area? Certainly will not be visiting again or ordering from this outlet. Please don’t order from this area because you are going regret it afterwards.The service here is itself is so poor that they can’t even deliver a simple order correctly either something in the order will be misplaced or the item itself will be missing in the order that’s the case. They just forget to give the side dishes such as taco’s 🌮 mainly.Sometimes pizzas are also getting misplaced by them. If the customer orders a pair of two tacos they just deliver only one. I used to think it would be mistake all are humans but the mistake which is been repeatedly made is not a mistake. They literally irritated me lot of times due to this issue I used write many emails to them that order is misplaced or there is one item missing in the order means you are paying up the money and getting nothing out of it .Please stop this kind of behaviour right away otherwise if you keep this behaviour towards your customers the store is going to shut down soon please...
   Read moreAbsolutely the worst experience ever at this Domino’s outlet. First of all, the staff was rude and completely disinterested in customer service. I placed a simple order, and it took them over 45 minutes to deliver a cold, soggy pizza with the wrong toppings.
The place was filthy — tables were dirty, trays not cleaned, and no proper hygiene being followed at all. Even the AC wasn’t working properly and the entire outlet smelled weird.
I tried raising a complaint but was ignored like I didn’t exist. Zero accountability. If Domino’s cares about its reputation, they seriously need to take action against this outlet.
Avoid this place at all costs. Total waste of time and money. I’d rather eat street food than ever order...
