I recently visited the KFC outlet at Pokhran Road No. 2, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. As soon as we entered, we noticed that several tables were not cleaned, and there was no staff around to take care of it. It felt unorganized and left a poor first impression.

When we placed our order, the wait time was unusually long. What should have been a quick service took much longer than expected, and there didn’t seem to be enough staff to handle the crowd efficiently. It was clear that they were understaffed, which affected both the cleanliness and the speed of service.

It’s disheartening to see the standards at KFC going down lately. KFC has always been known for its quick service and quality, but this experience was far from what I’ve come to expect from the brand. The management needs to step up and ensure that franchisees maintain the reputation KFC is known for. Cleanliness and timely service are basic expectations that should be met consistently.

Overall, the experience left a lot to be desired. I hope KFC takes feedback like this seriously and makes improvements to maintain the quality and reputation they’ve built over the years.

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 Yesterday was my mother's Birthday, I had a meal here with my family. This is the worst KFC outlet I ever visit. We ordered four tandoor zinger burger meal with extra chicken popcorn but the staff tried to scam us they think we don't understand anything they served us cold chicken burgers with normal bun later me and brother Complaint about this..the answer we got from manager is " we served same bun to all categories burgers" he don't have proper answer on this...,same bun in every burger then why are they displayed different in photos, After 10 minute they served us hot burgers with bun as shown in picture! Now from where this bun came ?⁉️⁉️This is totally scam kfc trying to fool customers. Outlet employees not trained well for customer service and management. Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour!! I Ordered around 3pm and paid online, I guess that’s what I did wrong because I didn’t receive it till 6pm. Kept calling the delivery agent and the outlet but no one received any of my calls. Then I contact customer service and had to cancel my order and was told that I’ll get my refund within 7 working days. It’s been 15 days now, didn’t get my refund (obviously) and every time I call them, they have a default statement “your refund is under process “. How long should I wait??? The manager of kfc Pokhran finally received the call and on asking her to let me see her id card (because of all this mess happening since 15 days, I wanted to be sure that it’s THE manager of the outlet) and then I’ll send her my transaction details, however she refused to share it.
