Customer service at this outlet is the worst. It's a lesson in what not to do ..

It's very untidy with the staff not cleaning it. Infact, there is no staff present at the sitting area on first floor and that too on a Sunday. Even after calling them repeatedly, they did just mop it in the area shown with the tables etc stilll unclean.

The Manager here only argues and doesn't even acknowledge that there is a problem. On asking why the card machine is not working. Her reply was that the problem is in the machine and not me, what can I do. It's Sunday and the technician will come on Monday.

When asked for tissues. The response was that we only have one pack of tissues and this is the last one. For 3 people we were given 2 tissue napkins. I felt sorry for the customers coming in after us. As it was Sunday afternoon 2 pm and I was wondering about how will they manage the whole day.

The food was saving grace but otherwise it's the worst. Better to order from a delivery app so that we don't spoil our mood coming to...

I have been a frequent customer of this outlet in particular and am extremely disappointed. I had quite an unfortunate experience when i visited recently, and it was far from satisfactory. The food served was disappointingly cold and excessively salted, making it almost inedible. It seemed like the kitchen staff had little regard for quality control or customer satisfaction.

To add to this mild frustration, the employees were unprofessional and seemed busy gossiping amongst themselves. They seemed disinterested in their work and the service was terribly slow. It was quite evident that the management lacks proper supervision and training to ensure a pleasant dining experience and is serving sub-par food.

I would strongly advise against visiting this KFC location if you expect decent food and courteous service. Save yourself the disappointment and choose another dining...

I am writing to express my disappointment with the meal I received during my recent visit to one of your outlets. I ordered the Double Down, and to my surprise, the portion size was shockingly small—more like a chicken strip than the substantial product advertised.

To make matters worse, the chicken served was cold and unappetizing. It was far from the hot, freshly prepared food one expects from a reputed global brand like KFC. Serving cold chicken not only reflects poor quality control but also raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene.
