NXT-LVL — Restaurant in Thane

The moment one walks into NxtLvl, one is bound to be mesmerized by the ambience, the music playing there and the cool relaxing breeze. Situated on the top floor of a high-rise building, the view from here (especially post sunset) is worth a watch!

Here is a list of dishes I and my friends ordered. We have arranged them as per our tastemetre (BEST ONES FIRST) :

Pindi Chole Tacos : The best of all the dishes we tried. The tacos shells are crispy and tasty and the Pindi Chole filling is served almost as if it's a chaat. Absolute love. Shall definitely re-order this dish the next time around.

Green Thai Curry (379 INR ) : The green Thai curry served at NXT Lvl is more authentic in taste than any the one served at a lot of Thai restaurants. Loved it absolutely. Perfect quantity for a group of 4. Soul satisfying.

Pesto Paneer Tikka (399 INR) : The pesto paneer tikki is a little above average in taste. The taste of the pesto is very mild but the paneer used in the starter is extremely fresh and tender. Absolute.

Gajar Halwa in spring roll : The moment I and my friend saw this dish on the dessert menu, we knew what we were closing our meal with. The gajar halwa by itself was slightly less sweet for our liking but I guess the sugar syrup garnishing makes up for that quite well. The dish overall, tastes like baklawa/khaja due to the crispy texture of the deepfried outer layer. Definitely worth a try.

Beverages : We tried Grassland and Butter beer.

Butter beer : Who would guess looking at the name of this dish that it is a non-alcoholic milkshake like beverage. Slightly salty at the end, very smooth in texture with a little beer like aftertaste to it. Definitely definitely worth a try.

Grassland : A great drunk to savour your meals with, grassland is a mix of strawberry and guava purre along with a few other ingredients. Neither too sweet nor too tangy, peferect is the only term I would use for this dish.

The restaurant boasts an Instagrammable ambience, with carefully designed decor and stunning views from the 13th floor. It creates a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere, perfect for capturing memorable moments with your friends and loved ones.

Unlike many other establishments, this restaurant understands the importance of conversation and relaxation while dining. They refrain from playing loud music, allowing you to enjoy your meal in a peaceful environment without any unnecessary distractions.

The menu offers a decent variety of food and drinks. While not extraordinary, the dishes are tasty and satisfying. Whether you're craving traditional favorites or exploring new flavors, the restaurant provides enough options to cater to different palates. The drinks menu includes a good selection of beverages, ensuring there's something for everyone.

Sports enthusiasts will be delighted to know that the restaurant screens live sports events. Whether it's a crucial game or an exciting match, you can enjoy your favorite sport while relishing a scrumptious meal.

One of the standout aspects of this restaurant is its courteous and polite staff. From the moment you step in until the end of your meal, the staff members go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. Their friendly demeanor and prompt service contribute significantly to the overall positive experience.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my family and I had at your restaurant recently. We had reserved a table for three, including my 3-year-old child, and expected a warm and accommodating experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

Upon our arrival, we were attended to by Ms. Nargis, who guided us to a table with high chairs that were unsuitable for our child. When we requested a table with proper seating chairs, we were told it was already reserved. We tried to explain that it would be challenging for a 3-year-old to sit on high chairs, but we were told there was no other option available.

To make matters worse, Ms. Nargis informed us that after 9 PM, the sound levels increase, and kids are not allowed in the restaurant. If this is a policy, it should be clearly communicated beforehand or displayed outside the restaurant to avoid such situations.

We traveled from Chembur to Thane to dine at your restaurant, only to feel unwelcome and unsupported. The staff's rude behavior, particularly Ms. Nargis's dismissive attitude, was highly disappointing. Despite my request to speak to the restaurant manager, I was told I would have to wait 10–15 minutes as they were busy.

In contrast, we visited the nearby Spotlight Sky Deck without a reservation, and they provided us with a proper table, friendly service, and excellent food. This experience highlighted the lack of hospitality at your establishment.

I strongly urge you to address these issues with your staff to ensure a welcoming environment for all customers, including those with children. Good service and a positive attitude are essential to creating a good impression and loyal customer base.
