we went there on early evening of Wednesday 29th Jan 2025. The host could not even speak proper English but was only asking for, do you have a booking and all. They tried to make it feel very expensive and not so welcoming for the early guest arrival, when infact there was not a single person on the table. Sorry to be say but they are trying to sound very SOBO. I am from parel, but truly I felt like I am from Kolhapur and just arrived in Mumbai and tried to go to a very upmarket place in whole of mumbai. frankly speaking the whole deception was created by Instagram. anyways..... ! lets jump to the next scene, the lady took us in and started suggesting us on what is the cost of the table in term of billing, since when in thane on a Wednesday early evening you start to sell table. felt like I am in some club in dubai. Thanks for this treatment. I was celebrating my anniversary........ we ordered two starter with a bucket of beer, the so called well trained staff dont even know how to pop the caps of beer. the waiter spilled it out on the floor......... (so called celebrity chef trained staff) funny........ The starters were absolute disaster...... the chicken was either frozen or was boiled and then stored in the freezer, in my whole life I havent had such bad chicken starter. The fish starter of basa was so chewy that we enjoyed our jaw Masage, we eventually gave up on it and had to send it back on the plate. The waiter lady canned our chicken starter but it was the same. The sou chef has not learned it trick I think...... The best things was VEE size and ME size, what on earth you guys are trying to create in thane. either its too much of innovation or too much of style which we SOBO people couldn't understand. There is no value for money the waiter dont even know how to serve things, he served the chicken and forgot to serve the fish started. after serving one, for a table of two the guy was so confused on where to keep the plate...... the only thing good I feel was the decor but again the place is too noisy due to CROMPTON industrial fans, Guys common, get create, there are lot many other HVAC solution other then fans. If you can invest on good music system to play out hip hop and raps, then think on the ambient temp controlling solutions also. Get you act right. after going through this, we got mildly confused and also frustrated after coming from parel to thane for such a lovely place, but all the excitement was deflated by the best of the brands doing this to the people. just to save the date, after that we decided to go some other place and we went to HIRANANDANI estate RICKY's. The place is awesome, great service, great welcome drink, there were live counter with no fuss in the restaurant. The music was very very light and bearable. The food quality and quantity was excellent and too many of variety. The staff is too young and any waiter takes your order with a smile. The Guy Ricky has really cracked it well. Mr. Santanu Gupte, please feel free to go there at RICKY's in HE and order some thing, you will feel the difference in the hospitality and the food quality. I think due to INSTAGRAM, people are going there and just because many people give good reviews, other people are also doing the same. This is not the first time I have faced issue with a maharashtrian chef hotel, there is one more chain like this which is called BAYROUTE, absolute rubbish......Please get the act together and be focused on food and the experience, dont just over charge people as you have excellent decor. Great interior will not save business, but great food will. ohhhhh and I forgot to share the funny part of the French fries...... why it was served in newspaper ? what makes you think that a fresh fry in such a expensive place cant afford tissue or tower tissue...... ? what wrong with you guys, you wanna serve on newsprint's, get the fryer down the building on road and do it and then its justified...... now a days even in thane, some young new Wada pav guys are serving vada in...

We were impressed not only by the ambience but also by the thoughtfully curated menu and the attentive service. Here’s a glimpse into the culinary journey we experienced:
Starters That Packed a Punch: • Smoked Chicken Tikka Bomb: This was a standout! Tender chicken tikka was encased in crispy khasta dough, infused with a smoky flavor that elevated the dish. Each bite was a delightful blend of crunch and spice. • Messy Chicken Nachos: True to its name, this dish was a beautiful mess—crispy nachos generously layered with juicy shredded chicken, rich guacamole, and creamy sauces. It was presented beautifully and was bursting with flavors.
Main Course Highlights: • Chicken Tikka Pizza: A fusion done right! The soft and airy pizza base paired perfectly with the spicy chicken tikka topping. The generous portions of chicken and the balance of spices made this a great value-for-money option. • Schezwan Chicken Fried Rice: A solid 10/10. The rice was perfectly cooked, with a bold Schezwan kick, and well-garnished with spring onions and herbs. The flavor lingered pleasantly long after the meal.
Sweet Finale: • Sizzling Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream: It had been ages since I enjoyed a dessert this much. The brownie arrived on a hot sizzling plate, topped with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream, and drizzled with molten chocolate. It was rich, warm, and absolutely sensational—a perfect end to the meal.
Vibe & Entertainment: What truly added to the charm of Vee Collaborative Kitchen was the live singing session. The performance was soulful, and what made it even better was the thoughtful stage placement right at the center, allowing guests seated on both sides to enjoy the performance equally. It’s rare to find such an intimate and engaging live...
