I had a very disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut outlet during their Friday unlimited offer.

We reached around 12:30 PM, but were told to wait because "they were just opening" and needed time. We waited for 15–20 minutes with no update, until we had to ask ourselves if they were even taking orders. Only then did they take our order — and then we had to wait another 40 minutes for just two pizzas to arrive.

The service was poor throughout. There were no napkins on the table, and I had to personally go to the counter and request one after asking twice in vain. The tomato ketchup tasted weird, and the napkin holders and seasoning bottles were dirty.

We had to remind them four times for our second round of pizzas, and even then, the service was slow. They served us Pepsi only three times, after which they refused to give more — despite this being an "unlimited" offer. This is not the case at other Pizza Hut branches where I've experienced proper unlimited service.

The ambience was also uncomfortable. The indoor seating area was hot and suffocating, and though we requested them to switch on the exhaust and AC, nothing was done. We finally had to sit outside, and thankfully, the mall's central AC made it bearable.

Overall, it felt like the staff did not want to serve or run the offer properly. Orders were delayed, service was unresponsive, and the entire experience left us frustrated and disappointed. We genuinely felt like leaving without eating because our time and energy were wasted.

I came to the Pizza Hut outlet at Korum Mall with my family, and it was a complete disaster. It took us nearly 30 minutes to decide on our order, and only after that were we told that the server was down. The staff didn’t bother to inform us earlier, wasting our time and showing absolutely no regard for customer service.

This wasn’t my first bad experience at this outlet. My previous visit was just as terrible – there were cockroaches roaming around, and we were served the wrong pizza. While I didn’t notice cockroaches this time, that could be because I didn’t get the chance to sit long enough, thanks to the poor service.

It’s shocking to see such a lack of basic hygiene, professionalism, and service from a brand like Pizza Hut. This outlet does not represent the standards Pizza Hut is known for. Management here needs a complete overhaul or this branch should just shut down.
