Subway Korum — Restaurant in Thane

INSIDENT AT SUBWAY KORUM MALL THANE , My first experience was eating a sandwich at Subway. first time I went, there was a lady at the counter she asked me is this u r first time in Subway i said yes , suddenly she get very Rude With me without any reason, ,,,, and While I was getting my customized sandwich, I saw a small fly sitting on a chicken slice, so I told her that there is a fly sitting on this slice. While removing the fly, it died on the slice and the slice got spoiled. She kept the slice as it was. I told her it was spoiled. Please remove it.So she removed that slice, but the one below it was slightly dirty bcoz of fly blood, still she didn't remove that slice. Even after all this, he once asked me, would you like to get the chicken sliced? I wanted to add chicken to my custom sandwich but for That reason i denied, first and Worst experience In THANE KORUM MALL...

Subway at Korum is way better & faster in service than compared to the one at Viviana!!

They have two sandwich makers (Veg & Non-veg) at ANY given time. If you are clear in giving the order, they get it right the first time!!

They keep the counter clean & less crowded finishing orders fast!!

I would have rated 5 star for this but one thing sometimes missing with the staff - A genuine smile on face to greet the customers!!

Pathetic staff, not bothered about speaking with customers properly, feels like they’re doing government employee, when asked to add veggie in sub sandwich they give looks in very improper way as if they’re giving it for free, they don’t even say what’s the sub of the day offer properly and no info about offers we had to read out and tell them about offers, very unpleasant experience and employee’s were not bothered to greet and...
