(Edited with recent experience below)
Have been trying out their pastry varieties. Very reasonably priced delicious pastries. If you have a sweet tooth, this is the place to go for cakes and pastries. Serving size wise the pastry slices are perfectly portioned. Not too small, just perfect to mildly fill you up. I tried the Dutch Truffle, which is ideally supposed to be less sweet than usual pastry flavours. This is exactly how it was. So for those looking for less sweet pastries, go for their Dutch Truffle slice. Cheesecake was smooth and creamy. Although its cake part was dry. Chocolate mousse was also portioned perfectly. Tasted like mildly flavoured chocolate ice cream on the sweeter end. Highly recommended to visit for desserts...
EDIT: Recently when I visited I saw that they've increased the price of their pastries while at the same time reduced the size of these pastries. So now as a customer I'll get a tiny piece of cake for an unreasonably high rate. The quality of their cakes/ pastries isn't worthy of this latest high price though. I don't see the point of purchasing their pastries anymore, as one can get better or same quality cakes elsewhere at a comparatively cheaper rate and / or larger sizes too. Also, not much variety available as well in terms of pastry flavours. Very few variety...
Read moreMy first visit to St. Anthony Bakery, a longstanding establishment in Thane, was a delightful culinary adventure. The masala omelette, a classic Indian breakfast dish, was a symphony of flavors, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The mini seekh kebabs and sausage puffs were masterpieces, their crispy exteriors giving way to succulent, flavorful fillings. I couldn't resist ordering both again, savoring each bite with pure delight. And for dessert, the caramel pudding, while not extraordinary, provided a sweet and satisfying end to the meal. Overall, my first experience at St. Anthony Bakery was a resounding 4.5 out of 5 stars. However, my second visit painted a starkly different picture. The cheese chicken puff, praised as a bestseller by the server, was a disappointment. The puff was far from fresh, its pastry stale and the filling lacking in flavor. Similarly, the chicken steak burger, also recommended by the server, was a culinary disaster. The chicken patty was small and bland, a far cry from the juicy, flavorful steak one would expect. The only saving grace was the fresh burger bun. It's a shame that a burger bearing the name "chicken steak" could be so underwhelming. Overall, my second experience at St. Anthony Bakery was a dismal 1.5...

A friend had suggested me this bakery and another friend had good words to say about it, so we decided to try this eatery out. Very negligible ambience, consists of basic chairs and tables. It is so small that there's just a single server to serve the food.
We ordered cheese garlic bread which was decent enough and strawberry milkshake which was too sweet and you can taste the artificial flavour very easily. We then ordered non veg Bonanza Pizza, which was just too good with lots of chicken meat on it and pesto pasta which was really good. To end it all we decided to try their Waffles with Nutella, big mistake, it was downright inedible. It was not Nutella, we never knew what it was. We asked the waiter, the poor guy didn't know anything about it and insisted that it's Nutella, which is not his fault. The waffles also tasted weird.
In conclusion, don't try dishes you wouldn't get in a bakery. Try out their pizzas, burgers and Pasta. Stay clear from milkshakes and other exotic dishes. I'd definitely visit it again for that...
