Hotel Raja Garden Halal Restaurant [ Veg And NonVeg / Biriyani Best Halal Restaurant ] — Restaurant in Tiruchirappalli

Yesterday I went to this hotel! I ordered butter Nan and butter chicken masala! But they give me some other gravy! That gravy was so spicy! Usually Butter chicken masala have sweetness. That sweetness was missing and spicy too. I tell to server! This is not a Butter chicken masala! They start argue with me! After they collect my gravy to kitchen and add some butter! After they return that same gravy to me! After they adding butter it's give little sweetness! But the gravy have heavy spicy! I tell to him! They not accept it! Very worst behaviour of the server boy! No proper manners! Very worst! I am the regular customer to this hotel past 10 years. Every time I come I order butter naan and butter chicken masala only. So I know the taste. I like butter chicken masala in Raja hotel. In the Trichy no one have the taste like Raja hotel. But yesterday it gives very worst. It's a worst hotel i ever seen. Pros : 1.It's so near to railway station and central bus stand.

Cons: Worst hospitality by the staffs. They treat the customers like animals. I had a half litter water bottle in my hand. On seeing that water bottle the staffs refused to give me a water bottle though I booked a room for 24 hours. All kinds of dirts i found inside the room. Near the dustbin, the wall was full of paan stains. They didn't give even a bed sheet. Pillow cover was in grey color which turned to black due to dirt. Bed, It is better to sleep in floor than sleeping on that Fan. There was no air circulation. Mosquitoes were too much. I stayed in a common bathroom floor. The doors were broken, no lock for toilets.

Dear sir, On 24.12.2020 I encountered embrassing moment. I came to eat with office staffs in your hotel.In that time, Two people (me and my senior grade officer) ordered the Full meals.They served the single bowl of rasam,sambar and vegetables for both of us.I waited for my bowl sambar,rasam & veg.. I waited for a long time then only we came to know they served a sinlge boul for both of us and we need to share that. Such a embrassing moment.On that time my senior officer and I don’t eat well.
