Yesterday 8/10/23 after 8.45pm coming out of Railway Station trichy found a2b restaurant adjacent to the second gate. So in order to save time entered for dinner. And ordered menu. Most of the customers were middle/old aged and ordered for idly.. but the supplier staff denied that there was no stock of idly. To our surprise we found across the counter where adequate quantity of idly was placed. When enquired no proper reply was given. Hence with no other option we had to go in for chappathi and parotta. Which was very hard to peel it. The kurma given was not sufficient for half of the chappathi or parotta. When called for Additional kurma it was served after several reminders.. having bitter experience over the food we ordered for coffee. The same was brought with inordinate delay. Meanwhile the security person seeing us sitting and waiting for things to come thought that we are simply sitting to spend time and asked us to clear the table for next customer which was great insult. Then came the climax part. Another 10 to 15 minutes was spent for getting our bill for payment and that too with errors. Totally we had bitter experience in the occasion. This is the case of many customers.. its better to close the restaurant for public and cater the needs of pantry staff orders, Which is being given much priority than the general public coming out of...

I had a very unpleasant experience at your Trichy Railway Station branch today around 8:30 AM. Despite it being a non-peak hour, the service was slow and disorganized. The staff delayed taking my order, and when one of the women finally approached, I felt I was being judged for my outfit — which is highly unprofessional and disappointing.
While having my breakfast, I also noticed that the staff were openly discussing internal restaurant politics in front of customers. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the overall atmosphere and professionalism of the establishment.
Additionally, when I requested extra sambar, it was denied without explanation — a small courtesy that is normally expected in South Indian restaurants.
The final frustration came when I was informed after finishing my meal that GPay and card payments were not accepted. If there's a technical issue or a restriction, it should be communicated clearly before taking the order.
This experience did not meet the standards I associate with A2B. I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve staff behavior, service quality, and communication at...

We had to wait for the parcel so my wife and kid were standing at the corner A waiter impatiently asked my wife and kid to wait outside withe the luggage. She patiently moved out. with luggage. I was waiting inside but got upset as we cannot leave the luggage out and have food or take parcel.. I approached the cashier to ask who got impatient and wanted to ask waiters how travellers can come to have food without luggage with them. Treating or showing impatient behaviour to the visitor or guest shows their customer approach. No one accepted or apologize for the behaviour. I shouted at them and had to walk out as getting late for train. Waiters should be educated on how to treat the guest where thousands of guests visit...
