Poor Standards: Overpriced, Unclean, and Major Hygiene Issues!

My recent visit to Michael's Ice cream located at Bharathiyar salai,Cantonment,Trichy was deeply disappointing and frankly, concerning. I was looking forward to a nostalgic treat, but the reality was far from pleasant. Firstly, the cleanliness of the establishment was extremely poor—dirty tables and floors made for a very unappetizing atmosphere. Secondly, the value for money is terrible. The ice cream is overpriced for the very small quantity served. Thirdly, the customer service was disappointing. Staff were inattentive and seemed uninterested in providing a positive experience. Finally, and most seriously, the quality of the ice cream itself was poor. It lacked flavor and texture. What's worse, I had visited a while ago and found a bug in my ice cream. I regret not raising a formal complaint at the time, but this serious lapse in hygiene standards is simply unacceptable and a major food safety issue that has clearly not been addressed. I strongly urge the management to drastically improve their hygiene practices, product quality, portion sizes, and customer training before they lose more patrons. I cannot...

Frequently no sauce giving ,"always saying not available",they are not oftenly heating the puffs,rolls and more importantly they are putting old chicken ,some customer service is not good they are not giving attention to the newly sitters and only after a while they are coming and asking what do you want but their ice cream are however so wonderful and some respectable waiters are so good at their service ,overall they need to seriously improve their quality on their products apart from that the shop is great to come and enjoy with friends and with your loved ones and another review is that the bread is not soft and they ask 15 rs for one single bread toast ,triple the rate you can buy a bread packet containing 15 breads and now another review there is a first customer in the sandwich we bought and that is Mr.ant ,the ant is comfortably running over his body in it before we run over our mouths in it so they need to...

Michele's ice cream lover since 3 decades one among them who is tasting the variety of ice creams "eating, tasting and ordering" a full round of all varieties once tasted will pay finally 😋.

Today we have visited with my kids 3rd generations to sit and eat but, there is a system in place pay in advance and order then sit and taste, I don't understand the policy makers are have brain o brain ideas to spoil the exiting practice put in place. "How come a customer will select ice cream like grocery in advance and pay to eat for ice cream paurler..where is place to choose the combination especially Michele's 😋? Today we left the shop not ordering and ordering to the kids that, we had wonderful times with Michele's icecream...now you should not and also notices unpleasant smell around the shop...good times of era is...
