KFC — Restaurant in Tiruchirappalli

Me & my family went on 1st Jan 2025 at 12:20PM around. We ordered first few items by using that machine.One staff sridevi interfere when ordering without asking us she is doing this.She itself mentioning one mobile number.She is telling it is default mobile number like that.But after we ordered we waited in the table.It took little long.that time I noticed that place is very hot.So I gone to front ans intiimated to the staffs.They are saying the AC is On slowly it will come. So I was gone to airflow place and checked no AC flow.They are telling lies.I was again intimated to them for AC flow is not there.Same issues. Lot of times we came to this places for eating. We know the AC cool.But 1st Jan 2025 they are cheating us.The places are very hot and crowd.Why they are doing like this. The food also delay. We ordered second time and putting our mobile number it is taking inside. Why they are telling lie to us..Then ordere is ready is showing in the TV show list.But we gone to the counter. The order is not ready.It is default by system they are telling and fooling the customers. The order is not ready in 7mins.Very Worst Management and cheating the customers.It took again long for giving the food.I am attaching the crowd.Please KFC admin or owner look out this issues.If your not doing this.I will complaint to food department.Without AC how the restaurant is running.Aged persons , children's,everyone will affect because of no AC.the place is very hot. Everything is good and excellent place of center Trichy. Good service provided the KFC Trichy. Implementing to tast and WiFi. No car parking 🚗 in Trichy KFC. Nice ambiance place to hangout with friends and family in Trichy KFC. Trichy KFC mingles and buckets are best choice to Trichy KFC try with this food. Veg and Non-Veg are advertised that they are separately made in KFC. I went two or three time going kitchen tour at Trichy KFC it’s very very excellent trip to kitchen tour. Overall kitchen room is very excellent and clean room. Trichy KFC kitchen tour should explain to who prepared the food 🥘. How to clean and workers how select and ect.... explain to Trichy KFC. I’m not a person who post reviews here. I’m a big fan of KFC fried chicken but the experience me and my family had was the worst of all KFC’s I’ve been. The staff are not enforcing the rules to the customers. The worst is customers crowding near the counter and standing shoulder to shoulder when another person is ordering. A gentlemen was standing next to me rubbing my shoulders and when I asked the counter person to ask him to move back in line and wait for his turn he did nothing I had to leave in the middle of my order to get away from him and the counter person started taking his order without even bothering. when I complained to the floor in-charge person he did nothing too. And there was no apology from the staff. People leaving their trays behind and nobody is clearing those trays this is a fast food self serve outlet the staff don’t have to clear the trays if the management enforces the rules. The food was dry and mediocre despite being there during lunch time. I’ve always had small issues every time I visited this location but this will be the last. I don’t think the owner will have the guts to say something meaningful about this other than saying sorry and to post the same on their website. Good customers won’t create a scene but they won’t bother coming back. Customers always...
