We visited this restaurant with our family and were quite disappointed with the basic amenities. Drinking water was not provided, and instead, it was being sold—this is a clear violation of government regulations. Additionally, there was no facility available even for washing hands, which is unacceptable for any dining establishment. The service was especially lacking for corporate customers, and overall, the management seemed indifferent to customer comfort and basic needs. Very poor manpower mostly only 2 persons are handling. Very minimal seating capacity. We have to call them to clean the tables, they aren't cleaning up immediately as soon as one leaves off the table. Such poor customer service. It seems the outlet is only for online orders. Made the mistake of visiting the outlet. Waited for 20 mins in front of counter. No one bothered to take the order.
