Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Tiruporur

First experience went worse @CafeCoffeeDay This was my first visit to Café Coffee Day with my friends, and we were eager to experience their coffee. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite disappointing. We noticed that other customers were served with saucers and glasses, while we were given single-use cups. Initially, we didn't realize the disparity, but observing other customers made it clear that we were not treated well. The staff mentioned that the cups weren't washed, but it puzzled us how later customers received their orders in saucers. Moreover, while making the payment, we asked for a payment scanner, but the worker shared his mobile number instead, asking us to send the payment there. Additionally, we did not receive our bill via SMS as promised. After waiting for 30 minutes, we contacted the outlet, and the bill was sent to us as a photo on WhatsApp. This seemed suspicious and unprofessional, raising concerns about the handling of our money. Since the Bad outweighs the good, I will start with that:

Seems this place has several issues.. despite the 9am sign for opening time, twice I have attempted to come in the morning and it doesn't open until 10 - and have to wait outside. Some customers just skip the line, go to the side, and place an order - leaving others in line waiting. The cashier is extraordinarily slow and every order I placed or observed placed by those ahead of me has taken at least 2 minutes (and I only order coffee).

Had to return my coffee the other day as I asked for it black and it came back with some sort of frothy cream... one of the workers just suggested I scoop it off - luckily after the awkward silence another worker took it back. Then they brought one too me (maybe the same one?) with no cream - but instead had milk...

When they do play music, every 3rd song is a whole song about Cafe Coffee Day, it lasts a couple of minutes and is highly annoying.

It's very spacious and calm place to have a nice aroma of coffee with unique flavour .

I love the environment and peaceful place

The menu will not make you to confuse with lots of varieties , crisp and short list of items that you can easily find your choice of taste .

We have ordered smoked chicken bun , devils chocolate frappe , then my all time favorite Cafe mocha .

Smoked chicken was so delightful and I could feel the real smoky thing and the top layer of bun was so crunchy and flaky , I would not say bun it's like multi layered crunchy puffs.

Devils chocolate frappe is top notch if you are a coffee chocolate whipping cream lover, this is the best choice for you guys ...

Cafe mocha , everyone knows it ..hot coffee and chocolate ...heaven 🍫 😋
