The biryani's flavors were above average, striking a perfect balance of spices, and what truly impressed me was the reasonable cost.

The star of the show, however, was the grill chicken from the Arab station. It was nothing short of exceptional, with tender, succulent meat marinated in tantalizing spices. The flavors transported me to the streets of the Middle East. Another highlight was the delightful falooda from the Mad Monkey shop. The cool and refreshing concoction was a perfect way to beat the Chennai heat.

We went there with the old name "Gazebo". But, our experience this time was literally pathetic.

Please don't get carried away by the look of the ambiance. There are rabbits and ducks in the garden. Is that enough for a diner? The seating is really pathetic on few places, where you have seats for 6 people, but only 4 plates could be kept on the table. You have to find extra place for the food served.

We ate one of the blandest chicken fried rice of our life there. The service was pathetic, as we could see through the glass of the kitchen, an employee hitting another with a large utensil. All of a sudden there was a huge fight among the staff, and the customers were kept in the lurch. We had to wait for 30 minutes for our starters, and another 20 minutes for main course. By the time the main course came, we lost our appetite, and asked the Chicken Biryani we ordered to be packed. Came home and opened the parcel to see only a masala rice with not at all a trace of a chicken piece inside. No more visiting this place, or any other restaurant...

Poor response from the contact person he won’t respond back. Not welcomed to book for any events due to lack of response. Taste was too good. Easy to locate. Price was reasonable. Ambient location. Staffs were very friendly.

1 star for the poor response from the contact number provided for spoiling the day. If we a give a business contact number it should be reachable but in Inzys case. The number will be switched off. It would give 10 stars for the staffs and taste. So we have booked a table with decorations few days before arrival when we reached the contact number provided in Insta they told it would be fine and the arrangements will be ready. On the occasion we tried to contact the number for reminding the arrangements but it’s switched off right from the morning. Then we booked the decoration table in zomato. But still the arrangements were not made and they had entirely spoiled the day. We ask for decoration only for special occasions and we are always ready to pay in prior but they are...
