I recently had the pleasure of spending an evening at the bar in Novotel Chennai, and I must say the experience was elevated entirely thanks to the exceptional service provided by the bartender Mr Neeraj on duty.

From the moment I approached the bar, the bartender was welcoming, professional, and clearly skilled at their craft. Each drink was not only made to perfection but also beautifully presented with a true balance of flavor, creativity, and attention to detail. For cocktails they mention a different price on the menu but later during bill they charge 50% more saying they added international liquor to it, my question is why did you add it, I never requested it, it should always be domestic liquor in cocktails by default else you need to inform customer before when we order.
