I recently had a disappointing experience at KFC. The automated billing machine was not working, forcing customers to wait in a long queue. After a significant wait, the staff informed us that the system was down. To make matters worse, the counter staff only accepted cash—no card or digital payment options like GPay were available.

The majority of my time was wasted on the billing process rather than waiting for my order to be prepared. This outlet clearly lacks proper management and efficient processes, showing little regard for customer time and convenience.

I recently visited the KFC restaurant inside Marina Mall, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. I ordered a Veg Fries and a Larger Popcorn Chicken, but it took a frustrating 30 minutes for my order to be delivered. The Marina mall is unhygienic and the food court is swarming with cockroaches. This KFC outlet at Marina mall does not provide quality and quantity food. Their bread is very bad and not fresh. They don’t give your enough mayonnaise or other tandoori toppings. And not to mention very less or no toppings at all like the celery or onion nothing. Only the chicken. That too if you order from the food outlets and if you are near this mall, they deliver from this KFC OUTLET and you can receive the old chicken throat cutting hard ones which is yesterday’s or morning’s left overs along with very hard bread and you will regret why you even ordered from them.
