Hotel New Annapoorna — Restaurant in Tiruvannamalai

I wonder if I had to give one star.hope Google comes up with something alternate like no starts at all. They do not know meaning of customer service .we waited for an hour and the staffs are very worst. After an hour got the table . Again after 30 min got our meal and tast of the food hopeless never had such a worst meal. No one bother to care what you want .They treat you like your eating there for free . WORST , don't check the ambience and get cheated. BIG NO NEVER GO HERE.eat in small hotels and street they treat you good.else even you do not have option you can eat biscuits or fruits and survivee never go here...

No option to give no star hence given one star. They do not even deserve to give rating at all BIG NO ,NEVER GO Better choose street side they knownfar better wat is customer service Below is my experience They do not know the meaning of Customer service treat them like they are Donating Don't bother to even ask what you want We waited for the seat for almost more than an hour After an hour got seat waited for the meal for 30min Again if you want anything u call the staffs no one will bother to address you If you really feel to have good decent and proper meal and self respect i would recommend do not ever go here...

The restaurant is located near the temple lane itself. The place looks good enough but hygiene wise its lagging behind. The staff service is really bad here as they dont seem or find it important to receive the customer quickly. So they take their own sweet time to serve you. Try only south indian dishes as the rest of the dishes arent upto the mark. What ever you decide to have isnt available 90% of the things arent there even if he gives the menu. So ask the person serving before hand itself what is available. other wise the food was tasty and...
