With great expectations we entered. Wallet parking was done. Ac and ambiance was good. After four minutes one guy asked us to order and pay in the counter. We thought that was their style. We did. But for others they took order. They paid after food. That guy would have thought we might not pay 😀. It's the smallness of the management no issues. After ordering we were supplied with half of the order. Then nothing came. There were 20% occupancy at that noon time. Still they were in confusion and mixed orders of others with ours. Finally after shouting on them they managed to supply a dosai. It is surely not worth eating. They are unfit to make Chennai express menus. Don't order any south indian food with them. Also food was not so great. It was only average. Their approach towards customers and their lethargic attitude of supplying food at their wish will surely affect their business. I recommend not to dine in for food that too if you are hungry. Any business talk you can order some food and pay for the time used. I also see some have the same experience which can be read. The food which is good for eyes bad for the tongue is the tag for this hotel.
