It was quite late by the time we decided to eat something at Moti mahal and saw Rover’s on the other side of the road and wanted to give a try. I was lazy enough to get out of the car and got options to get food served in The car. Fried rice and paneer chilli was a quick thought and we ordered just in time. The atmosphere near the adjacent petrol station was not a good sight and it was ignored to brush away beggers and other people around (lot of chapri). Anyways food was served and we enjoyed the taste thoroughly. No special comment on Taste, as the quantity and quality was good enough to settle our grumbling stomach and late night mood. Dub chick lemonade (Shikanji) is very nice. We had an awesome experience with in-car service and food taste. Ek try toh banta hai. Rovers is situated in the heart of Lucknow i.e. Hazratganj. I've tried multiple food items in Rovers.

Paneer frankie was awesome upto the mark. Also, I had hot and cold coffee. Both were totally awesome. Although, cold coffee was slightly overpriced.

There is a parking area outside but as we all know that it is hard to fine parking area in hazratganj. So, we stopped our car outside the Rovers, and they took our order from the car itself. They served the order in the car only and you can also pay without going inside. This is the best thing of Rovers when you're visiting via car.

Staff is very friendly and cooperative. You can tell them your choice of overcooked/half cooked items, and they will serve the food accordingly.

Rovers Hazratganj is conveniently located in the heart of Hazratganj, right opposite the GPO. I finally had the chance to visit this spot on a late Wednesday night. The service is swift and the staffs are attentive. We started with the chicken steam dim sums which unfortunately didn’t meet our expectations. The filling was dry and the cardamom overpowered the taste of the meat. However the chicken chili dry and veg noodles were much better. The chicken chili was particularly enjoyable with a decent portion of chicken, not overly fried and with a good mix of vegetables. The portion sizes are generous relative to the pricing.
