Pal Paradise | Hotel & Banquet — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

I had stayed in this hotel during my family trip on December 2019. I had booked 2 executive rooms for 3 nights, one for my parents (with breakfast & dinner) and another for my family (with breakfast).||||Location: My mother had problem in her knees. So, I was looking for a hotel in Hazratganj area where car can reach at the doorstep and must have lift. This hotel matched with my expectations. Hotel is located just behind the Shakti Bhavan and man Hazratganj area is just 50-100 meter away from the hotel. ||||Room: Initially they had assigned one amazing font facing room at 4th floor. But next day morning we had faced water supply problem in bathroom & toilet. After reporting the issue, they had shifted us to non-font facing room at 2nd floor. Rooms were clean, very specious with very good interior design. Large LED TV, decorative lights, tea bags & coffee pouches with electric kettle, toilet accessories was available in the rooms. Beds were very comfortable too. ||||Food: Hotel have banquet and don't have any running restaurant. They serve the breakfast at banquet at morning. Lunch & dinner were served at rooms. Food quality & quantity were very good. ||Cornflakes, milks, boiled & fried eggs, Puri-sabji, upma, Idli, fruits & tea/coffee were served in complementary buffet breakfast. They had served rice, chapatis, dal, different vegetables, Papad, salad, pickles and dessert in complementary dinner thali. Quantity of food in dinner thali was more than enough for a single person. ||||Staff & service: Staff are polite & helpful. ||||WiFi: Due to communal & political violence mobile internet were suspended in Lucknow during our visit. But hotel WiFi was very good. ||||Overall, it's a very good hotel and I would like to stay...

Room was nice and clean.....food was also good but Mr Ashu at reception was very rude and harsh....(for wch i am giving only 2 stars).... We booked room for prayag mahajumbh visit for 22feb but reachd hotel at 5.30am for chkin on 23feb....our room charge was 3k without bfst....we asked reception staff while chking in for good places for bfst in morng but he kept on insisting that its already included in your room-we again reconfirmed at 10.30am whn we got up and again reception staff said yes but on final chking out they were charging for bfst. We told their senior manger that your staff at night confirmed for meals included on wch they replied they r not trained and dint knw...and on that MR ASHU was FIGHTING wid us and was very rude -that is when they lost all their rating...so kindly dont rely on reception staff and being a 3 star hotel they also dont train staff for basic manners and how to tlk politely.....if asked politely we cud have come to some conclusion but no he kept on fighting and their senior manager was standing and did not think to intervene....so not worth a...

During my last trip to Lucknow during the monsoon '22, I stayed in this hotel. It was a group trip and we booked 3 rooms. These rooms were big, spacious with all the amenities.

We have no complain in terms of service as well. Whenever we called the staffs and asked for anything (like water bottles etc.), we were answered with promptness. We opted out of breakfast option so can't talk about that.

Location wise also this property has things going for it. It is at walking distance from the Hazratganj Metro Station. From the Charbagh Station we reached there by metro and the took rickshaw from the metro station as we had a lot of bags and luggage. However, after that we always walked to the metro station to commute. We booked our cabs through Ola and never faced any issue regarding driver didn't know the address or cancelation. We also got cabs/ autos from the main gate of the hotel (waited for like 5-10 mins for the cab or auto).
