My recent dining experience at Barbeque Nation in River Side Mall, Lucknow, left me impressed with its offerings and overall ambiance. The restaurant provided a unique and enjoyable dining experience, making it a great choice for food enthusiasts.

First and foremost, the concept of live grilling at the table is a standout feature of Barbeque Nation. It allows you to customize your meal by grilling a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options right at your table. The interactive grilling experience was both entertaining and engaging, adding a fun element to the dining experience.

The variety of dishes available at Barbeque Nation was impressive. The buffet spread included a wide range of starters, main courses, and delectable desserts. The starters, in particular, were flavorful and cooked to perfection. The assortment of sauces and marinades provided enhanced the taste of the grilled items.

The service at Barbeque Nation was commendable. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and prompt in attending to our needs. They patiently explained the grilling process and were quick to refill our plates with fresh servings. The restaurant's cleanliness and hygiene standards were also well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant dining atmosphere.

The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, with a comfortable seating arrangement and a vibrant atmosphere. The live music performances added to the overall experience, creating a lively and enjoyable dining environment.

However, there were a couple of areas where I felt there could be improvement. The main course dishes, although decent in taste, could have had a bit more variety and finesse. Additionally, during peak hours, the restaurant tends to get crowded, resulting in longer wait times for grilling and getting service attention.

In conclusion, Barbeque Nation at River Side Mall, Lucknow, offers a unique and enjoyable dining experience with its live grilling concept, extensive buffet spread, and attentive service. Despite a few minor areas for improvement, it remains a great option for those looking to indulge in a flavor-some barbeque feast. Barbeque Natiions Riverside mall Lko

I visited the riverside branch Lko on 8th Jan 2022.

1. Ambience- After visiting there i saw ambience of BBQ is getting older. Things like wall paints, floor mats/tiles, sofa/chair, bar area were still the still same that i saw there 7-8 yrs back. Owners must change its looks a little so that it may attact more people. Todays generation people gets more attracted to different things as they want to experience more new.

2. Food- We were three boys. We ordered 2 non veg and one veg buffet. Firstly, we were served by grilled chicken tikka, we literally didn't liked its taste. It wasn't juicy or buttery. It was fully dry and lil burnt also. I asked one waiter for a lemon, he didn't listened. Afterwards we were served gol gappa and that were also not good at all. Its water didn't tasted well. Other eatables snacks/lunch were good.

Also, BBQ has reduced items or i think they serve less in veg. They didn't served veg/non veg momos, kebabs, chaap. I asked them kebas they served me alloo tikki saying that this is veg kebab. I am not a fool sitting here, who doesn't know the food items name and taste.

3. Service- They danced for people sitting der for 2-3 mins. That was a nice performance and we praised them for that. The service of all waiters was good. All workers there were good in behaviour.

4. Overall- Its was just an average experiemce for us. BBQ has downgraded its quality and varieties of food and ambience.

Few days back, i visited Pirates of the Grill Gomti Nagar. We had awesome experience there. The food, the ambience, quality/variety of food all was perfect. Also, we got a complimentary beer in afternoon time and we liked it. Charges of Pirates of the Grill are also cheaper than BBQ. Also, BBQ didn't served any complimentary drink alcoholic/non alcoholic.

I suggest owners of BBQ must visit Pirates of the Grill Gomti nagar located infront of Indra Gandhi Pratishthan and have a dining there atleast once once and see where and what they are lacking...

There is no denying that the quality of food has suffered a lot after the company’s public listing. We have been coming here for a long time and off-late, the quality of food has been pathetic. However, it is the pathetic customer experience which was the highlight during our last visit.

Despite making an advanced reservation, which was confirmed through Zomato and by Barbeque Nation, some manager called Santosh (?) refused to accept that the reservation is confirmed. According to him, they called me and I did not pick up, on the day of the reservation, so they assumed that the booking is cancelled. What does that have to do with a confirmed reservation? I have received a confirmation message twice from BBQ Nation and Zomato, and nowhere it said I will receive a call, so why do I need to pick calls from you? So stupid! The manager said that my family will have to leave at a particular time. I challenged him to give it to me in writing. After this, he walked away. Later, I saw him harassing other customers too with the same rubbish logic.

Shame on BBQ Nation for treating customers like this. Do you even understand the meaning of the word hospitality? The poor quality of the food was only made worse by the behaviour of the staff. We have made a decision, as a family, to stop visiting BBQ Nation now. I miss the old BBQ Nation where you were always made to feel welcome and the food was top shelf. Thankfully, there are now other options in the city that still value customer service and serve good quality food. We will happily take our business there. So...
