Burger King — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

My worst experience so far at Burger King, Umrao Mall. The female staff seemed completely untrained — serving food without gloves and bringing my order three times late. If you don’t allow outside products, there’s a polite way to inform customers, but instead of approaching directly, they shouted from the counter.

When I requested my order to be served, the female staff showed unnecessary "attitude" and responded rudely with “not allowed here” kind of swag. To make things worse, after all this drama, I found a piece of plastic (poly) inside my burger.

This is totally unacceptable from a brand like Burger King. Serious improvement in staff training, hygiene, and customer handling...
