Domino's Pizza | Gata Sankhya, Chaubara — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I had a very disappointing experience at the Domino’s Gajraula outlet. The billing was completely unethical – they added charges for a carry bag and tomato ketchup sachet, which i have not asked for. There was no clean or proper menu available to order from; the only paper menu provided was torn and in bad condition.

On top of that, the staff behavior was not polite or helpful, which made the experience worse. The pizza itself was below Domino’s usual standards, with noticeably fewer toppings compared to other outlets.

Overall, very dissatisfied with both the service and the food quality at this branch. This outlet definitely needs improvement in customer service, billing transparency, and food...

The recently built restaurants hub on NH 24 (Now NH9/AH2) at Gajraula (Amroha) hosts this restaurant among Mc Donald, Ananda etc. It's situated behind Mc Donald and is a small place to order and enjoy pizza while on a run to your destination. The service was very disappointing the day we went because there was a festive rush and the staff was unable to cater that crowd efficiently. The order intimation board was not working upstairs so we had to come down several time to inquire about our turn. We had to figure out ourselves that if our order was ready and that ended up in a few cold items. The overall service was slow and disappointed one but food was tasty though. Try this but...

Poor maintenance of the premises. The ground floor is too small to accommodate even two tables with couple of chairs. The first floor has sufficient space but as it's made up of glass on all d sides, it becomes too hot. To add to the misery, the ACS also don't work. V managed to find one working ac out of 4 n shifted our table der to get sum relief from d scorching heat. Dat too in d month of October, wen d temps are not too high. Can't imagine d plight of customers in summers. Food as it was Domino's, it was gud, der were no chilli flakes n oregano. Reply was dat it jus got finished n den wen my wife asked another staff, he gave it. Incompetent n non...
