I recently visited Good Bakery and picked up a variety of their products: Rainbow Pastry, Dairy Milk Delight Pastry, Cream Bun, Jeera Fine, and Fruit Pan Cake. Overall, I had a satisfying experience with their offerings.

The Rainbow Pastry stood out as the highlight of my purchase. It was absolutely delicious, with layers of vibrant colors and a perfect balance of flavors that made it a delightful treat.

The Dairy Milk Delight Pastry, on the other hand, was decent but not extraordinary. It had a pleasant chocolate taste, but it didn’t quite stand out as much as I had hoped.

The Cream Bun was another favorite; it was incredibly tasty, generously filled with smooth, rich cream that made every bite enjoyable.

The Jeera Fine was also a good choice—crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of seasoning, which made it a nice snack.

However, my all-time favorite remains the Fruit Pan Cake. I’ve been enjoying it since my childhood, and I’m glad to say that it still tastes as wonderful as I remember.

The consistency and flavor have remained unchanged, which is a testament to the bakery’s commitment to quality.

I'm extremely disappointed and shocked by the service I received at Good Bakery. The staff's behavior was completely unacceptable and weird. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a dismissive attitude by the staff. When I asked for assistance, they were curt and unfriendly.

What's worse is that I witnessed and experienced racist behavior from the staff. They made assumptions about me based on my ethnicity and treated me with disdain. It was clear that they didn't value my business or respect me as a customer.

The way they spoke to me and other customers was shocking .They were rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. It's clear that they don't care about providing good customer service or creating a welcoming environment.

I will never set foot in this bakery again and would advise others to avoid it as well. The staff's behavior is a reflection of the shop's values, and it's clear that they don't value diversity, inclusivity, or customer satisfaction....

Good bakery is an age old name for Lucknowites.After their Qaiserbagh and NishatGanj branch now they have come up with a branch at Gomti Nagar next to Marksmen diagonally opposite Hyatt Hotel.The branch is spacious and all stocks of bakery products and snacks are very neatly placed. We took our favs Salted Chips and Jeera Puff(which somehow we at home call as KAAGAZ waale biscuit). The strange name probably stuck to our family due to the paper-KAAGAZ, wrapped around the puff to hold it.Just as our name of the puff is strange,it's way of eating for us has been stranger 😆. We have a habit of crushing that KAAGAZ WAALE BISCUIT and put it in tea and add some sugar on top of it and finish the stuff with a spoon.It might sound odd,but that taste remains a fav even till date.So after buying the stuff I again did the same and went into memories of Good bakery and the family time we had eating it.Overall a really good branch of an age old Lucknow brand in...
