From the outside, it's undeniably impressive—a tall, modern glass structure that really stands out and screams "metro city." It's clear this is where all the big names want to be. ​Walking in, the first thing that hits you is the sheer energy. The lobby was packed, and the directory board is a testament to its "one-stop destination" status. You have everything from corporate offices to co-working spaces, and, of course, the main attractions: a dizzying array of cafes, bars, and restaurants. I spotted names I recognized like The Hazelnut Factory, Farzi Cafe, and Barbecue Nation, all under one roof. If you're looking for options, this is the place. ​However, "energetic" quickly tipped over into "chaotic." The crowd was massive, mostly young, and extremely loud. While "vibrant" is one word for it, "unruly" also came to mind. There was a heavy police and security presence at the entrance, which felt both reassuring and a little alarming—as if they were expecting trouble. ​The biggest downside was navigating the building. The wait for the lifts was long and crowded, and by the time we got to our floor, the common areas felt a bit grubby and poorly maintained, which was a surprise given the building's premium image. ​Verdict: ​I'd give my visit a 4 out of 5 stars.
