Read moreWe visited Tickled Pink to celebrate my wife’s birthday — expecting a memorable evening with good vibes, music, and hospitality. What we got instead was a textbook example of poor customer experience, double standards, and complete lack of professionalism.
Let’s break it down:
The Table Drama:
We specifically requested to sit near the live band. The staff informed us that tables in that section came with a ₹5000 cover charge. We happily agreed — since it was a special occasion — and ended up spending over ₹8000 for only two of us by the end of the night.
Just 15 minutes later, two girls walked in, and to our utter shock, the staff offered them the adjacent table near the band without any cover charge or prior reservation.
So clearly, at Tickled Pink, how much you pay doesn’t matter — your gender does.
The “Performer” — Vishal Pandey:
The live singer, Vishal Pandey, took things from bad to worse. He was politely requested to dedicate a romantic song from my side to my wife — something simple to make her birthday a little more special.
He completely ignored the request. No acknowledgment, no courtesy — just a blank dismissal. But not five minutes later, he was dancing on stage with the same two girls who had just arrived, laughing, singing, and putting on what looked more like a private gig than a professional performance.
Frankly, it was uncomfortable to watch — not because he was engaging the audience, but because he was clearly more focused on impressing certain people than entertaining everyone.
To Mr. Vishal Pandey — next time, please decide whether you're here to perform or to socialize. Because paying guests don’t show up to be sidelined.
Final Thoughts:
Biased seating policy
Unprofessional performer
Poor sense of occasion by both staff and singer
We came to celebrate something special, we left with disappointment and second-hand embarrassment.
This place might look "Instagrammable," but if you’re celebrating a meaningful occasion, I'd recommend going somewhere that respects all guests equally — not just the ones that fit a certain aesthetic.

Read moreHi, We visited tickled pink today the dining experience like everytime was good. The service staff was too friendly and understands the need of the customer. We booked the table through dineout at 25% off. While paying the bill through dineout when we asked the Serving staff to remove service charge he declined saying that if your payment mode would have been cash, card or UPI We would have removed the service charge but we won't be able to remove if it is through dineout. Then they call the senior staff to further clarify this but paying service charge is always customer wills and it should not be forced and what is this that if you will pay through card, cash n UPI we will remove the service but through dineout we won't. Then they have called their senior manager Mr. Abhishek who behaved too rudely and raised his voice on us which is highly unacceptable. He had shown the restaurant terms and conditions where it is clearly mentioned that "restaurant may levy 10% service charge as applicable but no where it is mentioned as Mandatory. But Mr. Abhishek literally shouted on us and his behavior was pathetic. You cannot force your customer to pay service charge. He even said that ki jab order kar rahe tab nahi dikha tha menu the mention tabhi bol dete nahi de paoge. What is this nahi de paoge and why he used such words was beyond our understanding. We always blame customers if they shout on Serving staff or restaurant staff but what about these managers. Can they behave like this with the customers? @tickledpinklucknow I am highly disappointed and will never visit again though I had the best memories in the past but now this one experience has ruined everything.
P.S - We are not the one who faced it refer the...
