While I have generally enjoyed my experiences at your establishment, I feel compelled to share this feedback to ensure the quality of service is maintained.
During my visit, the receptionist girl, used language that I found to be inappropriate and offensive. I believe that maintaining a respectful and welcoming atmosphere is crucial for any business, and I was disappointed by the use of such language.

Read more[ Update 2.0 ] : Been there 👬👬 today and met Mr. Pankaj 🧔 and he assured me the miscreants were warned and moved away from the store.
And we tried their kulhad tea and bun maska which was really good.
They have other stores at different locations and planning to launch few other in Gonda / Ayodhya / Varanasi / Allahabad

Past Experience [ Beware ] : Recently been here with a female friend of mine however there were a couple of unsocial people gathered in the bay area who don't leave this place comfortable/safe for the family/female friend.
I had requested the owner of this place Mr. Pankaj Chauhan to kindly consider the safety and comfort of the guest before even considering about food option.
