Disappointing Experience - Unaccommodating Manager

We visited Remix restaurant on New Year's Eve, excited to celebrate the occasion. However, our experience was ruined by the uncooperative manager, Krishna Pandey.

Despite having a prior reservation and Dineout coupons, we were turned away at the door. The manager claimed that they weren't accepting Dineout coupons that day, which was not mentioned anywhere on their website or the Dineout app.

When we asked to speak to the manager, Krishna Pandey was unwilling to listen to our concerns or offer any alternative solutions. His inflexible attitude and lack of customer service skills left a sour taste.

It's unfortunate that a restaurant like Remix, which claims to offer a great dining experience, fails to deliver on its promises. The manager's behavior was unprofessional, and we left feeling disappointed and disrespected.

Unless Remix restaurant revamps its customer service and trains its staff to be more accommodating, I would not recommend it to...

Pathetic service, and it seems like all are paid reviews.

They are simply cheating by highlighting about 55 varieties Arre where are the flavours taste nothing is there.

Pathetic atmosphere as well as service ,we booked for a la carte and manager agreed to it but when we visited the venue they denied it and said they only serve buffet as it was Saturday night every other place needed reservation,also the ambience was pathetic place was dirty ,ac was not working properly also there was a literal farrata fan in a fine dine place ... pathetic,not...
