D.o.v.-31.08.2023 The food quality has gone drastically gone down this time after its ownership has changed.The food was totally bland and almost all the dishes we ordered were tasteless with similar kind of gravy...Chicken kaali mirch which used to be their signature dish has turned into more of a creamy malai tikka without any kaali mirch and without any taste even....afghani soya chaap was again like a malai tikka in texture and pathetic taste tasted like a raw dough from inside without any taste...paneer gravy dish was totally tasteless no salt only taste was of the red chilli a bit...overall very very disheartening as fas as the taste and the quality of food is concerned...ambience is still the same with same beautiful blue and white interiors but it lacked any positive vibes or good food place charm!!

The taste of the food was also exceptional. The flavors were rich and delicious, and each dish was expertly prepared.
However, I did notice that the service was a little slow. Although the waitstaff were friendly and attentive, it took longer than expected to receive our food. This was a minor inconvenience, but worth noting for those who are in a hurry.
Additionally, I found that the food was a little more oily than I would prefer. While this did not detract from the taste of the food, it did make the dishes feel a bit heavier than I would have liked.
Overall, I would highly recommend Sham-e-faroza for its excellent ambiance and delicious food. While the service may be a little slow and the food a bit oily, these are minor issues that should not deter you from trying...
