Super crowded on most days during rush hours.
So i just give it a miss and went to CCD right next to it, except this one time
I got an americano. they used a plastic measure cup to pour hot water. this place is a bona fide health hazard and is best avoided if you are not into getting cancer.
service people are a disinterested bunch, but can't blame them as:
They often get impatient and testy customers (like myself, lol) they are barely paid a subsistence wage and probably have to deal with misbehaved management they don't have the veneer of polished customer service one can expect at a chain restaurant in a city rather than one on a highway, although, to be fair, i felt the dhabas nearby offer excellent customer service the pressure is always higher at a highway outlet due to larger customer footfall
I didn't like the fact that despite explicitly telling them to pour my drink in my personal coffee bottle, they used a disposable cup. Staff is clearly not educated by the chain in reducing waste.
Nevertheless, Food: Industrial grade health hazard consumed out of nostalgia, tastes fine though: 2/5 Service: Inattentive, oblivious, but do their best: 3/5 Sensitivity to people's needs: 0/5.
I wonder if they'd get away with using a plastic cup to measure hot water in the U.S.

Read moreThis review is not just for this macd but for whole chain. They have reduced their quality across their chain. First they stopped free sauce then they stopped giving straw with cold drinks. These things were free not for attracting customers but for a convenience. Now if you feel your sauce is over and half of your burger is still left, you will have to go to the counter, take out some change (which is highly unlikely I have) or pay with Google pay or Paytm if they accept, then only you get your sauce to finish your burger. Now the straw. You give half of the glass with ice how do you think one can drink it after its 50% done. Those ice cubes would come to your mouth everytime.
I'm not sure about other macd's this one completely denied straw with dine-in orders not even with extra money.
If you really feel sauces and straws are that costly and you are cutting on the cost then please start charging Rs. 10 per item extra but don't spoil the experience of eating.
If you are doing it for environment then there are multiple eco friendly options available, you can opt for that.
Not to say long queues at the time of covid are really disaster, you need to take online orders only. Right now order placed online have to wait more than the...
Read moreI visited a this outlet and had a pretty decent experience. I went for a quick bite and ordered the classic McAloo Tikki burger along with a hot latte coffee. As always, the service was quick and efficient, and the staff was polite and well-organized, which made the overall dining experience pleasant.
The McAloo Tikki burger was fresh and lived up to its reputation. The potato patty was crispy on the outside and soft inside, with the right blend of spices. The tangy mayonnaise and fresh veggies added a nice crunch and flavor. It’s a great vegetarian option that’s tasty and filling without being too heavy.
The latte was surprisingly good for a fast-food chain. It had a smooth texture with a nice balance of espresso and milk. Served at the right temperature, it complemented the burger well and made for a comforting pairing.
The ambiance of the place was clean and comfortable, ideal for a quick meal or casual hangout. Prices are reasonable, and the combo felt like good value for money.
Overall, I’d say it was a satisfying experience. If you’re looking for a quick bite with a warm coffee, this combo is definitely worth trying...
