If youāre wondering why Moti Mahal is losing customers, the answer is simple: Mudita Pandit.
I am absolutely appalled by the behavior of the so-called manager at the first floor of Moti Mahal. This woman has absolutely no idea how to talk to people. She is rude, ill-mannered, and completely unprofessional. Her attitude is shocking, and itās clear that she is completely unfit for a customer-facing role.
What made my experience even worse was when she blatantly told me that āone or two customers donāt matterā to her. This shows not only her complete disregard for individual customers but also her utter lack of concern for the restaurant's reputation. It's outrageous that someone with such a mindset is in charge of managing anything, let alone a place where customer service should be a top priority.
She only treats rich-looking customers or large groups with any politeness, while the rest of us are apparently not worth her time. It's embarrassing for a restaurant like Moti Mahal to have someone like her in a leadership position.
To make matters worse, this isnāt the first time she has behaved this way. This is the second time she has been rude to me, and I canāt imagine how many other customers have been treated poorly by her.
Itās crystal clear that she doesnāt care about the restaurantās reputation and is only damaging it with her behavior. She is by far the worst manager I have ever encountered in the food industry.
If Moti Mahal values its customers and reputation, they need to seriously reconsider who they allow to manage their operations. As of now, I cannot recommend this place to anyone because of her. Avoid the first floor of Moti Mahal if you value good service and respect...
