OLD AL-BAiK (Gomti Nagar) — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Ordered Chicken Wings and Chicken Lollipop through Zomato. Total price would have been 150 but got it at 85 through Zomato discount.

The food frankly was not good at all. It tasted bloated and really weird. It's as if some amateur guy tried to copy KFC by watching YouTube videos. I can't describe it but I felt very weird after eating the 2nd piece and threw away the remaining 6 because I felt I would fall ill or something if I ate any more.

I strongly recommend avoiding ordering from here.

Edit- 21 October 2019 I rate restaurants badly if I don't like their food. Its as simple as that. The owner should take criticism constructively and try to improve rather than being snarky. Just ordered their Fish Box over Swiggy, frankly wasn't expecting it will be that good! I have tried Al-Baik at other locations in Lucknow, and hands down this one is leagues apart! The taste and portion size is apt, the relatively lower prices just add to their establishment. I will surely be ordering their signature Chicken soon. Keep up the good work! These people seem to be misleading the public under the name of Al-Baik. The overall system here is quite poor.
