I had gone here with my friends and the staff was very unprofessional and untrained. I asked to apply for student id and i had my id in my phone but they denied it by saying that they need it in physical form or else i won’t get this offer so i paid for all the waffles without any offer. Also the staff was very rude. They charged me 10 rs for each packaging but packed my waffles in one single box of 2 waffles!! They kept arguing me. Absolutely pathetic experience at Belgian Waffle. The waffle had a clear burnt smell, yet when I politely pointed it out, the staff behaved as if they were doing me a favour. Instead of accepting the mistake, the salesperson arrogantly snapped, “Ho hi nahi sakta” and even went around asking other customers if their waffle smelled burnt—as if that proves anything. My recent visit to this establishment was an absolute disaster. The staff displayed a shocking level of incompetence, completely failing to manage a basic queue system. They actually gave our order to someone else who was causing a scene, blatantly disregarding the fact that we had been waiting patiently and had ordered well before.
