Spicy Bites Restaurant — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I'm actually not sure about how many stars I should give. Here's why:

We ordered Malai Kofta 3 times because IT WAS SO GOOD! I really recommend this one!

Aloo Gobhi Rassa and Veg Omu Rice were also nice, but nothing spectacular.

Oyakodon was awesome! Abundant amount of chicken inside, and also came with delicious kimchi.

Penne Carbonara was a mistake. There was no sauce at all. Too dry! Won't recommend.

Chicken Ramen was a HUGE MISTAKE! The taste of the soup was far from normal ramen. I didn't even taste the slight amount of soy sauce or mirin. It was too sweet! There was cabbage, paprika, carrot which I never found in any Chicken Ramen, ever. Should not be in ramen! And the type of noodle was not ramen noodle at all and was not completely cooked. Had good recommendations from friends for this place and can easily get how it can offer a great experience. nevertheless, the experience we had was average at best: the butter used for the butter nan had passed its due date, the orange juices were ok, but definitely nothing more. the banana-dates shake I had, was basically a banana shake with some chunks of date on the bottom of the glass. got rice in stead of the ordered nan, waiter couldn't explain what ingredients were in their recommended drinks, service took long (but to be fair, thats common here). I was there twice. First time for momos (so so), second time for coffee (they have a coffee machine).

Both the cafe staff and I saw a mouse on a table running around the coffee machine and plates. No reaction.

Then after I had my coffee I saw the mug just rinsed in a sink with no soap used neither for hands of the staff nor for the mug.
