I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was very bad . The staff was not attentive to my needs and seemed to be disinterested in providing quality service. .

Furthermore, when I expressed my concerns to the staff, they seemed dismissive and did not take any steps to address the situation or make things right. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of customer service and professionalism displayed by the staff.

I believe that customer service is a crucial component of a successful restaurant, and I hope that the management team takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve their staff's training and performance. I have visited this place a couple of times and every time we had a really good experience. The pizzas are delicious and the prices are very reasonable. They dont overcharge like many big pizza chains. Once, we went there in a group of 8 people ordered three pizzas and cold drinks, and the total was around ₹750 which we felt was quite fair. The place has a really nice vibe and it feels lively when there are other people around and it doesnt give that awkward “we are the only customers” feeling. I also love that they prepare the pizzas in an open kitchen, so you can actually see them making your order.

Overall, its a great spot for pizza lovers. Highly recommended! definitely try this place instead of the big pizza chains and support...
