Worst experience with Burger King Rishikesh outlet. 2 months ago i was on my trip in Rishikesh Uttarakhand and there i have paid for my food through UPI and payment was deducted from my account but they said they didn't received the money but the same thing was already happened with me while i was on my trip so i tried to make them understand that this problem already happened with me but eventually everybody gets their money confirmation after some time but these burger king employees were not ready to understand even the egocentric gestures were clearly seen on one the burger king woman employee face. But still i paid for the same food again from different medium after i got tired and they didn't agree with me. Story didn't ends here. When i ordered something else again now this burger king woman start asking "do you need anything else or is this your final order with rude gestures " but still i asked her politely that ma'am do you got tired of us then she bluntly replied that yes i got tired of you. I mean what...isn't it their duty to take customers order or are we asking them it for free!!! but yeah this was the way we got treated. And i have never got my first order money refund till now.
