Chai sutta bar — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

It was evening time so we thought of having a cold coffee from here but when we reached the counter no one even asked us. Ignoring this we tried to place our order. But we felt that the person sitting there did not want to take orders from us because he had to use his phone.

Ignoring all these things, we were about to order when we saw the person making coffee sneezed loudly. He was neither wearing gloves nor a mask.

What was worse was that after sneezing the person wiped his hands on his clothes and started making coffee and serving it.

After seeing all this, we found not drinking coffee to be a better option.

The only suggestion I would give to the cafe is to maintain some cleanliness, it is better not to spoil...

This place is at clock tower and so its reachable for anyone in dehradun, being at the center of the town. Great options of tea that are all served in Kullhad which also comes in two sizes. They provide a number of food as well which makes it more vulnarable. This place opens up late till 12 at night so its a hub for all you cravers and munchers in the night. I go there very often and i love the whole aura of the place. Good thing is that there are policemen on rounds nearby all the time so its safe for evryone. Fyi- they don't sell cigarettes so bring yourself some if you plan on having some chai-sutta time with...

The town was missing a place like CSB since very long, a common place or an Adda for doonites & else to relax/chill with friends at pocket friendly prices and that too at the primest location of all i.e. At Clock Tower. I don't know to term this as 'Being Lucky' or a strategic move to find a spot in a place like MDDA COMPLEX which from when it was built wasn't recieving that much of crowd in a complete week as it is recieving coz of CSB on one weekend or so.
