Punjab Restaurant — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

After a long time, I wanted and craving for some biryani and somebody suggested me Punjab restaurant, so I knew what to order. I went in I don't know why they asked me to go to first floor I sat down and noticed the cool breeze of AC and one of the window slightly open next to my face with warm breeze directly to my face. Waiter came I orderd chicken biryani first soon enough the waiter came with my order a plate of biryani with two big pieces of chicken, personally I like small boneless pieces of chicken in my biryani but the tenderness of chicken was not bad at all. With that two small bowls of gravy, curd, some vinegar onions and pickles the presence of biryani was good and it even smelled good I pour some gravy and curd it didn't felt dry after that, but found out that gravy was comparatively less than curd I started to eat and it was ok nothing special I had better than this recently, but the chicken was so tender and soft. I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. While having lunch, I noticed a cockroach crawling on the table, which is completely unacceptable in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. This not only ruined the dining experience but also raised serious concerns about the restaurant’s maintenance and food safety standards. I have also attached a picture as proof. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves the hygiene immediately.

The waiters were extremely rude and showed a negative attitude throughout our visit. One of them even told us to take their number and inform them in advance about what they should prepare for us – which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
