We were browsing the internet to find interesting places to eat or drink at Haridwar when we came upon an article stating to visit Prakash Lok Lassi and try out their Punjabi lassi.
Being near Har ki Pauri and in the market, we visited the shop to try it out. The shop is small and gives a vintage feeling. But the visit was worth it. We ordered a small glass of lassi since we had to try out the taste first, but we realized that the small glass itself was more than sufficient.
The lassi was served to us straight out of the refrigerator. It was filled to the brim after being topped up with some delicious malai to be had with the lassi. We also tried out their Kulfi with Rabri. The kulfi is the traditional one that used to come up in metal coverings which are broken to get the kulfi out. But the kulfi was one of the best we had. And topped off with rabri, it was an absolutely delightful combination. Thus, if you are in Haridwar, Prakash Lok Lassi is a place you...

Their kulfi faluda? Hands down the best I’ve ever had. Plus, they’ve got an upstairs sitting area where you can catch your breath and enjoy the food away from the chaos of the street below.
A place that’s truly...
