Kiraanz Oasis of Taste | Pure Veg Restaurant & Cafe in Newtown, Kolkata — Restaurant in West Bengal

A very nice and well decorated all veg restaurant located at a good location just opposite the Bhagirathi Neotia Women and Child Care Hospital.. While we were in that area, this well decorated outlet caught our attention and we decided to pay a visit. Its a nice cozy place to hang out with family and friends.. It is a completely new one and some setups like the aquarium is yet to be completed.. We went there to have some hot tea or coffee, but unfortunately it was not available that day and the waiter confirmed that all menu items will be available from next day.. So we decided to have a mocktail and a veg starter dish.. We had ordered the following: Yuzu Eldreflower Spritzer (mocktail) - it tasted really good and was very much unique.. this mocktail was chef recommended.. Mushroom Chilli Pepper - a very well prepared chilli mushroom dish which contained lots of mushroom.. loved the taste. Since it is a completely new one, the service is a bit slow at present which they need to speed up.. card payment was not present and we paid through phonepe.. the price of the dishes were a bit on the upper side.. Otherwise, overall its a nice little place for hanging out and enjoy delicious...

Today we went to Kiranz Restaurant, I did not like their hospitality at all, they did not serve any meal on time, neither did they give me water, nor were they treating me properly, we had kids with us, so they were making us wait for hours, when we told them 2-3 times, then we got our order, that too half-incomplete, finally we waited and went to tell the staff that our kids are with us, you guys are not attending to us properly, cancel our next entire order and pay the bill, then I was given the bill, this is very wrong, neither the treatment of the staff was good, nor were they listening to us, after going and telling us twice, they are telling me this, please you guys understand, there are too many customers When we waited from 10 am to 1 pm for breakfast, even then there was no realization at the time of giving them the bill, this is very wrong. When you cannot handle the customer, then do not make him wait, we are sitting and these people are ordering Swiggy, Zomato, this is wrong. You people need a lot of improvement, as we are experiencing today, we cannot even think of going...

The food is good no doubt..but the staff members are really not welcoming and attentive.. I've visited Kiraanz a couple of times since it's beside my college... But never felt this much disrespectful... Me and friends went there and there was this one waiter who was attending the guests at that time.. There were many other people as well but since we were students he did not pay much attention... At first he did not even took our order or gave us the menu card as well until we called him up.. He then takes the order and we were waiting.. After an hour or so we see that he is presenting our orders to various other tables who came much later than us.. We told him and he said "Ma'am you need to coorperate." And tries to cover it up.. He then comes to confirm our order again and left..Meanwhile we overheard another waiter saying him, "Why didn't you tell us they ordered this?"....We got really furious that he did not even tell to prepare the order since an hour yet other people who came after us received all their orders within no...
