I am highly disappointed with Domino's pizza delivery boy along with staff and quality of pizza they delivered on 22nd Oct. I have received a cheese burst pizza which was not hot atall and again delivery boy told me to come out and take it. The way he told it was not applicable. .i have given. My feedback and 23rd October got a call from Domino's pizza, they apologized and fold me they will deliver me the same order when I need. Again after 5 mnts they called me and told that my pizza is ready but due to puja pressure they are not able to deliver it. If I can come and take the pizza from their outlet. I would like to mention that from my house to Domino's pizza is hardly 3 to 4mnts walking. I told them ok.. M coming. And after reaching there I contacted to the concern person Souvik who called me. After 10mnts waiting he came and again asked me my problem. O told I already explained you by phone and feedback. Repeatedly why are you asking the same thing? You have requested me to take a pizza, that's why I came. I was feeling very uncomfortable. And that guy told me after puja you call me, then I will send you free pizza. Read moreToday (20/07/25) I ordered a larger size Farmhouse pizza @ 8.33pm but after several enquiries in telephonic conversation with the delivery person I can't manage to get the delivery before @ 9.47pm. too much late delivery. Which is violating the Domino's delivery policy. Though no refund is given to me. I need to take this chilled baked pizza to my own microwave before having it. My question to the store "Why should we need to re-cook your pizza while we need to spend our hard earned money (more than Rs.500/-)?" Justify me.. terrible delivery experience...
Even after reaching the delivery guy, he doesn't carry oregano or any tomato sauce pouch with him, although it is included in the bill. When asking for the same, the person replies lame excuses that he forgot to carry those and there are other delivery locations (at belur and lilua location) and lack of delivery person availability at the store regarding his delay. Pathetic item delivery experience...
Now you the store person kindly justify me "why should I bother about the availability of the delivery person?" Does it make any sense? Totally disappointed with the service given from this Domino's store.
If there is any option to give "zero star" or "negative rating", I'ould like to choose it as a review to write about this store. Can't recommend...

Yesterday(25/09/2022) I went to eat at your store with my 73 year old mother near about 13:00 to 14:00. But after going there I found out that they will not accept any order if I want to sit and eat there. Because, they want to do some work in the shop like cleaning and all. But my question is, should any work be done by harassing the customer. That was lunch time.
